Update: Angela found Spoq!
Angela wrote to ask neighbors to keep an eye out for her cat Spoq, who’s been missing for two days. She thinks he may be in someone’s garage in or near his stomping grounds (N. 43rd from 2nd NE to 4th NE).

If people would keep their cats indoors this wouldn’t happen. When people allow dogs to run loose like cats the dogs get picked up by animal control. The leash law is for the safety of all animals.
