The food truck pod is still going strong in Wallingford, and tonight a new truck will debut. The lineup includes Bigfood (debuting tonight), Raney Bros. BBQ, and Here and There.
Bigfood offers slow-braised meats with Caribbean and Indian flavors and fresh slaws, served on made-to-order grilled flatbread or a basmati rice bowl.

Matthew & Matthew are best friends. Both originally from Illinois, they grew up in the same neighborhood, went to the same elementary school and both eventually relocated to beautiful Seattle. Thats where the similarities end. One goes by Matt, the other goes by Tyler. Matt is an award-winning designer and builder revisiting his past roots in the restaurant industry. Tyler is a chef and food stylist whose work can be seen in magazines and cookbooks. They share a passion for good food, good wine and good friends. Together, they are big fools and Bigfood.
Raney Bros. BBQ will continue to serve up their homemade sauce with cherry-wood smoked meat tonight. Here and There serves items like Hawaiian sliders, steak salads and chicken burgers.
