Love the concept of the Wallingford Community Kitchen? You can support it, the larger Community Kitchens Northwest organization, and of course partake in a delectable meal tonight at the Good Shepherd Center.
The leaders from the citywide Community Kitchens (including Wallingford’s own Rachel Duboff) plan to cook a farmer’s market dinner, featuring beautiful produce from throughout the region with a wide array of main course salads and a seasonal fruit crumble.
Special guest will be Goldie Caughlan, PCC’s Nutrition Education Manager, who will share her knowledge about our local food system.
The fundraiser dinner begins at 6:30 at the Wallingford Community Senior Center in the Good Shepherd Center. Tickets are $30 at the door.
