Reader Katie wrote to tell us about her cat Felix, who escaped from Katie’s house on May 8:
He’s a 7 year old black-and-white tuxedo cat named Felix. He’s very timid and shy with strangers and probably terrified. He has no tags because he’s an indoor cat. He ran away from my house at 41st and Burke in the afternoon of May 8. Please call me if you have seen him! 206-851-0148. Thank you, Katie

Felix is home safe!! Thanks for posting this; what I learned is that indoor cats will usually stay very close to home but go into guerrilla mode and do anything to avoid being found. We finally caught him tonight in the neighbor’s woodpile. Thanks again!
