Let’s begin the week with a little cuteness. Our sister site, Phinneywood.com, wrote about the Woodland Park Zoo’s new penguin chick, which hatched on April Fool’s Day. This is the first penguin chick since the new exhibit opened last May.

This is the first offspring for mother Dora and father PJ, both 3 years old. The chick weighs 2.1 ounces. The second egg in their nest was expected to hatch on Easter Sunday.
