Wear your Wallingford pride

Do you look on with envy when friends from Ballard or Brooklyn announce their local pride on their backs? Wallingfordians also have several sartorial options.

After the neighborhood embraced her new shop, Molly Nietzel of Molly Moon’s Ice Cream had Wallingford t-shirts produced for sale at her store. A few months ago, she donated the remainder of the stock to the Neighborhood Office, on the corner of Meridian Ave and N. 45th St., tucked behind the Tully’s. They have a selection of gear, including eensy-weensy onsies, but sizes are limited.

Across the street, at Not a Number, you can pick up newly designed buttons and shirts. Some of the latter feature the iconic Wallingford sign atop QFC.
