After last weekend’s food truck debut, more options are coming to the corner of N. 45th and Corliss. Tonight, Parfait Organic Artisan Ice Cream will make its grand entrance, with more new trucks on the menu.
According to Wallingford Eats, the schedule for the food trucks is the following:
- Wednesday: Parfait, Snout & Company (to debut 10/5)
- Thursday: Here & There
- Friday: BUNS, Curry Now, Barriga Llena, Big Food
- Saturday: Fusion on the Run (serving lunch and dinner, will debut 10/8)
Each night, the food trucks will be open from 5 to 9 p.m.
