It’s frustrating to watch shows like “Top Chef” and “Iron Chef” and not be able to taste the food. If it’s within your budget, you can taste the meal that Maria Hines of Tilth cooked up on “Iron Chef America” after the show airs next Sunday, August 1, on the Food Network.
On Tuesday the 3rd, Hines will re-create that five-course meal, which is built around one secret ingredient (which we won’t know till we see the show). The cost, with wine paired to each course, is $200 per person.
There are still some spots left for what’s sure to be a mighty great meal, regardless of whether it won the “Iron Chef America” competition. Call Tilth at 206-633-0801 for a reservation.
