Made your reservations yet? Local favorites Avila, Joule, Ivar’s Salmon House, Kisaku, Eva, and Tilth are the six Wallingford eateries on the final list of 100+ restaurants that will dish up 3 courses for $25 during Seattle Restaurant Week (technically, 10 days–April 19 to April 29). Ivar’s also offers a $15 3-course lunch.
You can find menus for all participating restaurants if you’re willing to do some clicking and scrolling. Go to the Restaurants section of the site, then click the restaurant name, which will pop up a chef bio. At the top of each bio is a “View Menu” link, which will take you to the restaurant’s page on the Seattle Times site. From there, scroll down to find the menu. (If anyone knows of an easier way to get to all the menus, we’d love to hear about it!)
Seattle Restaurant Cooperative, which includes Tilth’s Maria Hines among its restaurateurs, came up with the idea of Restaurant Week as an event that included all types of restaurants, not just the higher-end ones.
What about Eva in Tangletown? I think it is participating as well.
How right you are! We’ve added Eva to the story. Thanks for alerting us to the omission.
