Report graffiti, potholes and other neighborhood issues

Improve our neighborhoods

Report and track graffiti, potholes, burned out streetlights and other public infrastructure issues.

Tag issues on the map and be sure to report them to the city (see below). When the issue is resolved, update it on the map. The aim of this tool is to highlight local issues and the city’s responsiveness in addressing these concerns.

Graffiti
Report graffiti here, or call the Graffiti Report Line at (206) 684-7587.
Note: Property owners have 10 days to remove graffiti once they’ve been notified by the city, or risk getting fined.

You can also call the Seattle Police Department at (206) 625-5011 to file a police report when graffiti appears on your property.

If you see someone doing graffiti, call 911. According to the city, graffiti vandals must be caught in the act to be prosecuted.

Potholes
Report potholes here, or call (206) 684-ROAD (7623).
NOTE: The city’s goal is to fill potholes in 48 hours. Note on this map how the city is doing in meeting this goal.

Streetlights, signs, sidewalks
Report a streetlight outage, sign issues and broken sidewalks here (for streetlights, note the instructions on finding the light pole number). Or you can call (206) 684-7056 or send an e-mail to street.light@seattle.gov.

Other items For a listing of other complaint services offered by the city, see this .pdf page. For other local news, visit PhinneyWood.com’s home page and follow PhinneyWood on Twitter.

How to use: Just click on the map where you want to put a marker, then fill in the details on the form that pops up. We’ll get an e-mail letting us know you’ve reported it. Others can comment on your report as well and you can close out your report once the issue is resolved.
