Take the stress out of a holiday meal or two. Let a James Beard Award-winning chef make your Christmas Eve or New Years Eve dinner. Chef Maria Hines of Tilth (1411 North 45th Street) is offering a pre-fixe dinner for $85 per person plus an additional $50 for optional wine pairing (exclusive of tax and gratuity.) Hines will serve the same menu on both holidays.

    rogue river blue cheese, marcona almond, sherry vinaigrette

    Spot Prawn Bisque
    crispy rice, chive oil, prawn salpicon

    Rabbit Rillette
    pickled vegetables, crostini, whole grain mustard

    rainbow chard, cranberry, hazelnut pistou

    Seared Alaskan Sablefish
    sturgeon caviar, potato pave, meyer lemon

    Wild Mushroom Tart
    fraga farm chevre, sherry gastrique, watercress

  • Oven Roasted Capon
    sweet potato puree, collard green, cocoa nib demi

    Squash Risotto
    delicata squash, lacinato kale, pine nut

    Aspen Hollow Leg of Lamb
    anson mills polenta, fennel, bordelaise

    4th Course

    Eggnog Panna Cotta
    holmquist hazelnut, spiced anglaise, brandy

    Theo Chocolate Ganache Cake
